We’re now seeking experienced and driven Executive Assistant/s to support members of our Executive Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation with a flexible, inclusive, and values-led culture.

We currently have two opportunities supporting our:

1) Chief Operating and Technology Officer 

2) Chief Financial Officer & Chief of People and Strategy Officer

As Executive Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of strategic operations—managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and events. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a proactive mindset, discretion, and outstanding organisational skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level executive and confidential administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer.

  • Managing complex schedules and travel arrangements

  • Coordinating executive meetings, including agendas, minutes, pre-briefs, and follow-ups

  • Leading event planning for seminars, conferences, and regional board meetings

  • Acting as a liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and government/industry representatives

  • Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, board reports and correspondence

 

What we’re looking for:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and poise

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and virtual conferencing tools

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, or similar
