You’ll contribute to: 

  • Owning a portfolio of accepted claims for customers across all industries in relation to treatment recovery and return to work needs by monitoring risk and identifying interventions required to influence optimal claim outcomes. 
  • Gathering and analysing information to support a worker’s ongoing treatment and return to work following claim acceptance. 
  • Developing and maintaining a rehabilitation and return to work plan in line with workers’ needs, treatment requirements and legislation. 
  • Ensuring liability decisions are made on claims in line with legislative requirements as needed.  

A bit about you: 

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills to interact with others and develop rapport with key stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Highly developed time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise 
  • Able to interpret and analyse reports 
  • Able to assess and forecast potential claim outcomes and implement strategies to mitigate risk and impacts 
  • Experience in the management of insurance claims, allied health or legal would be highly regarded.
