You’ll contribute to:

  • Managing administration of WorkCover’s Public Interest Disclosure (PID) management system, including the whistleblowing service provider, administrative processes and supporting assessments.
  • Managing CCC initial inquiries and reviews, supporting investigative processes through gathering of information and evidence for decision makers.
  • Reviewing fraud referrals, triaging for appropriate action and making accurate and timely recommendations in accordance with legislative requirements, completing referral reports to oversight bodies as required.
  • Working with operational areas to provide advice on fraud matters, training, and support on fraud-related processes, while liaising with various oversight agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining related registers, ensuring timely completion of referrals in line with legislative obligations, and collating and providing data on matters investigated for reporting to the Executive Leadership, Board, and Risk and Audit Committee.
  • Reviewing and developing policies and frameworks aligned to industry best practice, including delegations management. 

 

A bit about you:

  • Demonstrates quick adaptability to new systems,  processes and strong attention to detail. In addition, you will be adept at writing and reviewing policies aligned to industry best practice. 
  • Relevant investigation qualifications highly regarded, adheres to best practice standards, and possesses in-depth understanding of legislative obligations, particularly Public Interest Disclosures and CCC matters, compliance and risk management concepts. 
  • Excels in communication, stakeholder engagement, and fostering collaboration with oversight agencies and business units.
  • Displays strategic thinking, contributes to process improvement, and works effectively within a team to achieve objectives.
